I'll keep this short and straight to
the point. With a simple cooking technique and little time comes some
very tasty and healthy dishes. If you were to ask me what my favourite
food is; my answer would most probably be Stir Fry and Sea Food. Why?
Not only are they good for you; they are extremely delicious!
Stir
Fry is usually a mixture different of types of vegetables; it also
works well with meats and tofu. Chicken and beef are great examples of
some of the meats I tend to use.
Traditionally; stir fry uses very little oil (one that isn't too fatty), just enough to ensure that the contents of the pan do not stick and the
dish is finished off with a sauce, maybe a mixture of soy sauce and
cornstarch.
Now, why should you make Stir Fry?

These are very fast to make which means a quick dinner.
- Absolutely delicious.
- As funny as it sounds, stir fry can improve your intake of more healthful vegetables.
Avoid deep-fried meats battered meats so as to keep it healthy! As for the vegetables, GO WILD!
