What you need:
1 whole chicken
2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps herb seasoning
- 1/4 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn cayenne chilli powder
- 1/2 tspn curry powder
- 1 tspn garlic powder
- 1/2 tspn freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon's juice
- salt to taste

Method
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- In a medium bowl combine olive oil with spices and herbs then add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- Place whole chicken into bowl and completely coat with marinade inside and out. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Place chicken in baking dish, pour over the marinade. Add any vegetables or baby potatoes into baking dish too if you want.
- Bake for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy with the rest of the family.
