Melon Yoghurt Bowl

Exams are finally over, I've finished my first year of Dietetics, woohoo! Where has the time gone? It feels like yesterday I was walking into a room full of strangers for Induction. But I must say, it felt so good sitting my last exam yesterday, now I'm off for the summer. FREEDOM! I've really enjoyed first year, Human Nutrition and Dietetics is a very challenging but interesting and rewarding course. Hopefully I've passed the exams to get into the second year. This is my first long summer in years but it's also my last and so I plan on travelling around the UK quite a bit, eating lots and trying new things. And of course, I'll be delving back into the world of Dental Nursing, I have kind of missed working full time. Anyway, let's talk yoghurt bowls; easy, quick, versatile. Melon anyone?

Makes: 1 bowl

What you need:

4 tbs natural bio yoghurt
1 banana, sliced
Half an apple, chopped
Mixed melons
1 /2 tsp mixed seeds

Method:

1. Add yoghurt to a small bowl and add toppings. Finish off with a sprinkle of mixed seeds.

Have a wonderful weekend!
