I'm back and I know you guys missed me, well at least I'm hoping you did. London was pretty great, my bestfriend, Franka, came along with me which made it even better! You might wanna grab a drink and get comfortable because this post is a long but interesting one. What did I get up to you ask? Well, I tied up some loose ends; did a little bit of sight-seeing and I attended Itsie Bitsie's Fashion Show at The Penthouse in London's Leicester Square Thursday evening. Itsie Bitsie is a luxury swimwear brand brought to you by Cristina Wilkinson who took inspiration for this collection not only from fashion trends but also from her customer's needs and requests. This brand is based in Hong Kong and this was their first UK based fashion show. Delicious food, not forgetting the cupcakes (you all know I'm crazy about cupcakes), great location, amazing views, great models, gorgeous swimsuits; great music (DJ was totally RAD) what's not to like? I met some really nice people too including Rhiannon from FashionRocksMySocks and TOWIE's Abi Clarke. It was quite the experience and I'm really grateful to have been apart of it.

Favourite swimsuit? You got that right. It's colourful and vibrant with a hint of playful, I especially love the neon tassle detailing. Need I say more..

Itsie Bitsie was created for sun worshipers who care about being comfortable and looking good in what they wear. In this collection, Cristina comments, "We have moved more towards an edgier high fashion look, but still keeping our girlie signature charm. Frills and tassels are still to be found. Summer is a time when there is no hiding behind black; its all about colour, being as cheeky as you can get away with and finding the best shape for your body." After seeing their fashion show and really getting a feel of their SS13 collection, I can safely say that it's not one to be missed!
Apart from Swimwear, Itsie Bitsie also offers some beautiful beachwear including Maxis, Kaftans, Ponchos, Dresses and Accessories.

My travelling Beauty Essentials:
- Sol de Janeiro Coconut water cooling mist: We all get a little overheated from the sun and all the excitement, this will cool you right down immediately.
- Britney Spears Island Fantasy: Who doesn't like to smell good? This has such a refreshing, soft scent which is sure to carry you away to an Island paradise of your own.
- Illamasqua Liquid Metal metallic cream: Add a bit of edge to your makeup by highlighting your cheekbones.
- MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation: This is the only foundation I use so it is pretty essential.
- Hand and Face Wet wipes: Need I say more..
Azature nail polish in Champagne: With its subtle colour and sparkle, add that little bit of glamour to your night look.
- Compeed: We all get blisters from romping around in those heels, its always good to be prepared.
- Cowshed anti-bacterial hand gel: Keeping those hands soft and clean.
- Eyeko skinny Liquid Eyeliner in Navy: Easy, quick application so you can never waste time.
- Kate Moss Lipstick (Shade 107): Only my favourite lipstick of all time!

This is what I wore to London. Travelling can be stressful and so it was all about comfortability. Throw on a baggy top pairing it up with a pair of loose trousers for that slouchy, relaxed look. Clashing prints is always a great way to show some character, any excuse to don some rather psychedelic prints. I finished off my look by wearing a pair of bright coloured flatforms and some John Lennon Style sunglasses for that grunge feel.

We got hungry, grabbed some Chinese in Chinatown on Leicester Square + The London Eye:)
Afterwards, we made our way back to the hotel to get ready for the main event at The Penthouse.

Heading to the Itsie Bitsie fashion show at The Penthouse, let's get classy! I wore this beautiful blue suit which I purchased from Matalan back in January. Having been stuck in my wardrobe the past 6 months, it finally made its grand debut. I paired it up with a pair of simple strappy heels and put my hair up for that minimalistic feel.Uptown Chic was the order of the night.

 TOWIE's Abi Clarke.

She stole my pants on our way back home..

After all that excitement, I was so ready to head back home on Thursday. As soon as I got to Cardiff, I headed straight to work, Visual Merchandising for 5 hours. Can you imagine how tired I was after only having 4 hours sleep in those 36 hours? It was only inevitable that  would don some crazy print outfit as I have an ineffable infatuation with all things bright and print. Call me crazy but I really like this clash of prints, they complement each other really well. Throw on a pair of bright shoes and a turban for that 'Solange' feel (she inspires me so much). Not forgetting the lovely Goody bags we got which included a beautiful print oversized scarf, Thank you Itsie Bitsie! I had such a great time in London but I am really happy to be home. I know this was quite a long post but I've tried to keep it as short as possible. Now that I'm all rested up, normal blog posting shall resume next week.

Hope you guys have had a lovely week!
